Phasmophobia casts you as a courageous paranormal investigator armed with modern ghost-hunting gear like electromagnetic field readers and thermal imaging devices. Each contract sends your team to a variety of eerie locations, from desolate suburban homes to chilling, abandoned asylums. Your primary objective is to utilize specialized tools such as EMF sensors, spirit boxes, and Ouija boards to gather supernatural evidence and correctly identify the ghost type.

Be warned—these entities are dangerously unpredictable. If you are unprepared, they can initiate a hunt and take you down without mercy. A single misstep or an unexplained noise could make you the next target. To make it out alive, you must carefully listen to your environment, communicate effectively with your team in this intense co-op adventure, and use your equipment wisely.
